The Juxon house project forms part of the masterplan for the redevelopment of the Paternoster site next to St Paul's cathedral by
Standard Life Investments. The-e-shop was commisioned by
Buro Four, project managers, to model pre-manufacture information from the Facade fabricator to ensure that it was consistent and co-ordianted with the Steelwork fabricators information. By creating a 3D prototype of a standard bay, where the steel frame interfaces with an innovative stone and pre-cast concrete façade, clashes found were resolved prior to the units being delivered to site, saving the client and project team a significant amount of time and money.
